General Terms and Conditions

By registering for and/or attending the Oral Reconstruction Global Symposium 2026 organized by the Oral Reconstruction Foundation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. All registrations must be completed through the official registration process.
  2. Payment must be received in full prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  3. The meeting space and hotel occupancy is limited. The order in which registrations and reservations are received will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
  4. Participation in a workshop is possible without registration to the scientific program.

Full Refund: Cancellations received up to and including March 19, 2026.

  1. Full Refund: Cancellations received up to and including March 19, 2026.
  2. 50% Refund: Cancellations received from March 20, 2026, to and including April 2, 2026.
  3. No Refund: Cancellations after April 2, 2026.
  4. Substitutions are allowed with prior notice to the Organizer.
  1. Attendance at the Anniversary Reception can only be booked with registration to the symposium.
  2. Only a person accompanying a registered symposium participant may participate in the party.
  3. The fee to attend the party is not included in the symposium tuition fee.
  1. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the agenda, speakers, venue, or format as necessary.
  2. Any such changes will be communicated to registrants as early as possible.
  1. If circumstances beyond the control of the Oral Reconstruction Foundation make the event impossible or impractical, the foundation reserves the right to cancel but will provide as much notice as possible of cancellation and any prepaid tuition will be reimbursed by the party to which it was paid.
  2. The Organizer cannot assume responsibility for lodging reservations, travel or any related costs incurred by you and will not be able to pay a refund.
  1. This is a professional event intended for business networking and education. As such, children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend the event, including in any session rooms, networking areas, or exhibition spaces.
  2. For events where children are allowed, all minors must be accompanied by a registered adult at all times.
  3. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for the supervision of minors at the event.
  1. Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
  2. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will result in removal from the event without refund.
  3. Business dress code or smart casual is recommended unless otherwise stated.
  1. Content shared during the event may be confidential and is intended for registered attendees only.
  2. Attendees may not reproduce or distribute any event materials without express permission from the Organizer or the original content owner.
  1. During the symposium, photos and videos will be taken.
  2. These images may include visual representations of attendees, with subjects chosen at random.
  3. The captured images may be used on our website, in print media, and in presentations.
  4. By registering for the symposium, attendees consent to the publication of these images as described, without compensation.
  5. If an individual does not consent to their image being used, they should contact the Oral Reconstruction Foundation in advance.
  6. If someone objects to an image that has already been published, they are asked to:
    1. Notify us immediately by e-mail or phone.
    2. Provide an exact description of the image in question.
  7. Upon receiving such a request, the image will be removed within a reasonable timeframe and will no longer be used or published.
  1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by attendees during the event.
  2. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage if needed.
  1. By registering for events organized by the Oral Reconstruction Foundation, participants consent to the use of their personal data for:
    1. Advertising purposes
    2. Market research
    3. Customizing offers from the Oral Reconstruction Foundation
  2. This consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
  3. To withdraw consent, participants may send an email to the Oral Reconstruction Foundation with one of the following comments:
    1. “Change to my data”
    2. “Delete my data”
  4. Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except where necessary to:
    1. Provide a requested service
    2. Fulfill a contractual obligation
